What should I do in case I receive a damaged/defective or the wrong product?

If you found that there is something wrong with the product or you got the wrong product(s) shipped by us, we will certainly do everything to assist you and get your order replaced. If a product ordered by you gets delivered in a damaged/defective condition, please email at cs@fabingo.com or call us for a replacement. We will also have the defective/damaged replaced with no extra cost.

 

How do I cancel an order on?

You can cancel an order only when it has not been shipped. If it is not shipped then we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

If you want to cancel your order after your product has shipped due to some issue, you can do one of the following:

 - If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, immediately contact Customer Support and inform them about the cancellation. We shall then contact the couriers and try to cancel it.
